Warner Bros. has revealed a bit more about the upcoming game adaptation of Terminator Salvation. First things first, the game will be a prequel to the movie, taking place a full two years before the movie’s 2018 setting. 

In addition to being the first Terminator game that places players in the role of John Connor, it also includes a full slate of voice actors plucked from the movie’s cast. However, sadly, Christian Bale is not among them. 

But Common reprises his film role as Barnes, a humorous ex-football player while Moon Bloodgood returns to her role as Blair Williams, the confident and attractive resistance soldier who thinks Connor should step up as a leader and isn’t afraid to call him on it. New to the game is Rose McGowan’s Angie Salter, a fatalistic ex-elementary school teacher who’s still not adjusted to the harsh realities of war.  Here are some more facts about the game, straight from Warner Bros.:
