in this interview,CB seems on defensive in the begining but honest! (he’s not at ease)but it’s comprehensive
he always says the same items (like in the other papers) about his rant but i learn he’s US citizen now and his daughter loves irish punk rock(“the Pogues”)!

As always, top quality! Thanks Angelic those scans are awesome!!
CB is articulate and intelligent in his answers as always. He is also very honest, showing again the down to earth man he is in comparison to those made-to-the-media celebrities around the world. What I just didn’t like in this article was the harshness of the interviewer… making some very personal and somewhat accusing questions and even complainning about CB getting defensive about them. CB, more than anyone else now, has very good reasons to dislike the media, no one can complain about that, even less the media itself who bashed him without reason…

i read on Chicago-Sun times during his press junket,he didn’t want to speak about his rant and his family trouble and the one reason he does press junket is by obligatory! but in every interview or Tv,he speaks about it! and he always knew John Connor was a tiny character in T4 and Sam Worthington was the star of T4!

@Caro
Yes he always knew, and he was originally offered the role of Marcus but he chose Connor. Apparently the original story had Connor only doing some cameos, and he thought the story needed a change, not because he wanted more screen time, but because he thought the story was weak. I’m sure the fans of the Terminator story/mythology will be glad about it for a story in that timeline with Connor doing only cameos would really be outrageous.
CB already said, and proved by the choice of his roles, that he doesn’t care about the screen time his characters get, he is interested in the story, so he didn’t accept to do a small role without any substance, he wanted character development, not to just be there for the sake of being there… if he wanted to be the star of the movie he would have accepted the Marcus character. Another proof of this, that he accepts small roles if they have relevance to the story, is Public Enemies. His character apparently has a small screen time that the movie.

@ Caro
It is time to promote the movie, so CB has to go to the interviews and all of them feel the need to bring it up again and ask the same questions over and over. He already is making jokes about the repetition. I hope this ends this issue, I mean, I’m looking forward to this promotional period to pass and this matter be finally dropped, it is quite tiresome by now, but the media still keeps hammering it.
